Earl Scheib Concord Service Follow-Up.
This program sends service-related text messages to customers who have provided their mobile phone number — either through the contact form on this website or in person while obtaining a vehicle damage estimate at our shop. Messages include a 24-hour follow-up after your estimate, a 3-day check-in if we have not heard from you, and a one-time review request after your repair is completed.
A maximum of three (3) messages per repair order.
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply HELP to any message for support, or call (925) 609-7780.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
